Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate assistance and information to clients via chat regarding mental health services.
  • Respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring each client feels valued.
  • Schedule appointments and manage client accounts effectively.
  • Document interactions accurately and maintain records according to company policies.
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient client onboarding.
  • Stay updated on all services and programs offered by Ascend Mental Health.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to improve service delivery.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; education in psychology, social work, or related fields is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or supportive role, especially in mental health or healthcare settings, is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to express compassion and clarity.
  • Strong listening abilities to accurately understand and address client needs.
  • Proficient in using chat software and technology related to customer support.
  • Capacity to manage multiple chats and inquiries with a calm and composed attitude.
  • Understanding of confidentiality protocols related to client information.
