As a Live Chat Agent, you will engage with customers in real time, providing immediate assistance and solutions to their inquiries and issues. Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting issues, and order management.
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and feedback to help improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex inquiries.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement based on customer interactions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat or online environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist customers.
  • Familiarity with Balian Springs’ products and services is a plus.
