Key Responsibilities

• Designing bespoke clear aligners tailored to treatment plans and specific guidelines;
• Leveraging CAD/CAM software and cutting-edge 3D printing technology to create aligners that precisely meet specifications;
• Partnering with the dental operations team to grasp treatment goals and craft innovative aligner designs;
• Conducting comprehensive case analyses that involve file imports, repairs, trimming, basing, and tooth segmentation;
• Keeping meticulous records of production processes and patient details;
• Collaborating closely with the dental technician team to foster smooth communication and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in dental technology or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental laboratory setting, specifically with clear aligner fabrication.

• Proficiency in using dental CAD/CAM software for designing aligners.
• Knowledge of 3D printing technology and dental laboratory equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Understanding of dental anatomy and orthodontic principles.
• Certification or training in dental technology or a related field.
