Position Overview

We’re looking for a Production Intern to join our team for the summer! This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in production while working with one of the biggest sports entertainment brands in the world. You’ll be an essential part of the team, ensuring that our gear is well-maintained, organized, and ready for shoots. This role also includes assisting on set, supporting lighting and audio needs, and helping with media logging.

Location: Onsite in Frisco, TX
Duration: 10 Weeks (June 2 – August 8, with flexibility for a shorter or longer duration based on schedule)
Compensation: $15/hour
Hours: 30–40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Gear Room Management – Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining production equipment. Ensuring all gear is organized, in working condition, and ready for shoots.
  • Set Assistance – Helping as a Production Assistant (PA) or grip when needed on set.
  • Lighting & Audio Support – Assisting with setting up and adjusting lighting and audio for various shoots, including gaming (DPG) content.
  • Media Management – Assisting with logging media from cameras and organizing footage for editors.
  • Team Collaboration – Working closely with production team members, editors, and directors to support the overall workflow.
  • On-the-Fly Problem-Solving – Quickly addressing any technical issues related to gear, lighting, or audio during production.

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable handling and maintaining production gear.
  • Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio gear.
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or media logging software is preferred but not required.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
