We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to support various HR initiatives, including benefits administration, performance reviews, training, and employee development. This role will be pivotal in maintaining HR processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and offering guidance to staff at all levels on HR-related matters. The HR Manager will also be responsible for executing HR projects and programs aligned with organizational goals while working in a fully remote environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to HR generalists, management, and staff on complex HR issues, including investigations and terminations.
  • Develop and implement employee learning and development programs to foster internal growth.
  • Oversee the administration of benefits, 401(k) programs, and the annual renewal and open enrollment processes.
  • Manage performance reviews, salary increase processes, and create training programs for management.
  • Ensure HR programs adhere to laws, regulations, and best practices, including handling inquiries from governmental agencies.
  • Track employee compliance with continuing education requirements and prepare semi-monthly management reports.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and play a key role in structuring HR teams for future growth.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related business field.
  • At least five years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus on benefits and payroll.
  • Familiarity with Paylocity and proficiency in MS Excel and Word is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and a collaborative, coachable mindset.
  • Competitive salary: $80,000 - $115,000
