Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute food photography shoots that align with the publication’s brand and vision.
- Create visually striking images that showcase finished dishes and ingredients.
- Style food for photographs, ensuring attention to detail in presentation and composition.
- Collaborate with recipe developers to ensure accurate representation of dishes.
- Edit and retouch photos to maintain high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on food photography trends and techniques to continually improve your work.
- Proven experience in food photography and styling, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills.
- Proficiency in photography equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and meet deadlines.
- Experience in recipe development is a plus.
