Our client, a large network of dentistry offices, is looking for a VoIP Support Analyst to join their network team. You would help with user set up, ticketing, and VoIP troubleshooting. You will also occasionally help on VoIP related projects and acquisitions.They are in the middle of a migration from Cisco Call Manager to Cisco WebEx Calling, so having experience with both legacy Cisco VoIP equipment and WebX is nice to have. The ideal candidate is strong with Cisco Call Manager, Cisco UCCX, Cisco Unity, Content Center, and Cisco WebEx. If you have strong documentation and processes skills that is a huge plus!This is a hybrid (2 days onsite) role based out of Plano, Texas. Currently slated as a 6-month contract. Compensation is $50-55/hr. Required Skills & Experience• Experience doing VoIP user set up, ticketing, and troubleshooting.• Strong foundational knowledge of VoIP support.• Experience working with Cisco’s VoIP equipment.• Strong documentation and processing skills.Desired Skills & Experience• Related certifications are nice to have.• Experience working with Cisco WebEx Calling.• Experience assisting on VoIP based projects.The Offer• $50-55/hrApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
