ProArch is looking for a talented Senior PLSQL Developer to enhance our team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of PL/SQL to design, develop, and optimize our database solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into efficient technical specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex PL/SQL code
- Collaborate with product teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
- Perform code reviews and mentoring of junior developers
- Diagnose and resolve database performance issues
- Implement best practices for database development and deployment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in PL/SQL development
- Proficiency in Oracle databases (preferably 12c or higher)
- Strong knowledge of database design and normalization principles
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Ability to write complex queries and stored procedures
- Experience with XML and JSON data formats
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in agile software development methodologies is a plus
