Job Description:Starbucks is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our remote team based in Washington, D.C. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to Starbucks customers through online chat platforms.Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, promotions, and services.2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.3. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide guidance on using Starbucks mobile app and website.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with customers.Requirements:1. Independent and driven personality traits to effectively work in a remote environment.2. Strong presentation and people management skills to engage with customers effectively.3.
